Solyanka with smoked meats can deservedly be called the most fragrant. It is simply impossible to resist such a dish. In addition, it is quite easy and quick to prepare, and further in the recipe I will tell you in more detail what is needed for this.
Ingredients
- Smoked Meat - 300 g
- Hunting sausages - 150 g
- Smoked chicken - 150 g
- Semi-smoked sausage - 150 g
- Dill - 1 bundle
- Olives - 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Pickled cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut all the smoked meats into cubes.
In the "Frying" mode, fry the onion until transparent. Add all the meat, and after another 5 minutes - cucumbers and tomato.
Fry everything together for another 15 minutes. Add the olives.
Top up the water and cook the hodgepodge for 40 minutes in the "Quenching" mode. A couple of minutes before the end, add chopped dill.
