Cut the meat into cubes, fill with water and boil until tender.

Soak the pearl barley in advance.

Add it to the boiling broth and cook until half cooked.

Add chopped potatoes, grated carrots and chopped onions. Cook until potatoes and cereals are ready.

Add sliced cucumbers and spices to the pickle, boil and remove from the stove.
