Noodles are an essential attribute of Oriental cuisine in all its diversity. Most of the first courses are based on the same principle: rich broth, more noodles and any additives on top. I suggest to start preparing a basic recipe!
Ingredients
- Water - 2,5 l
- Meat (on the dice) – 500 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Egg noodles - 150 g
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Butter - 20 g
- Greenery - 2 twigs
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the meat and peeled carrots with cold water and boil over low heat without a lid for about 1.5 hours, removing the foam. Take out the meat and carrots.
Finely chop the onion and fry in butter until golden brown. Add turmeric to it and mix.
Bring the broth to a boil, add the onion and noodles, and cook for 4-5 minutes. At the very end, add salt and black pepper.
Garnish the broth with noodles with chopped herbs and carrot slices.
