Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the chicken in a blender, adding water, for a convenient consistency.
Bring 1-1.5 liters of water to a boil, add the chicken mass and boil for 10 minutes, stirring.
Add the peas and cook for another 10 minutes.
Add chopped parsley and mint, chop everything with a blender and pour the cream to the desired consistency.
Bring the soup to a boil, season to taste and sprinkle with lemon juice for flavor.
