For this pea soup, you will need fresh or frozen green peas. And also – chicken fillet, cilantro and several other ingredients, which I will tell you about later. Serve it with sour cream, cream cheese or other additives to taste.

- Green peas - 300 g
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Water - 1.5 l
- Cilantro - 1 bundle
- Leek - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the chicken in a blender, adding water, until smooth.
Bring the remaining water to a boil, add the peas and cook for 5 minutes.
Chop the leeks with garlic, fry in olive oil and send them to the peas.
Send the chicken to the same place, stir and cook for another 7 minutes.
Add chopped coriander and spices, and grind everything with a blender until smooth.
