Ingredients
- Bacon - 200 g
- Sausages - 200 g
- Peas - 400 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Celery root - 1 piece
- Parsley root - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour water over the peas and roughly chopped roots, boil until tender.
Grind part of the mass with a blender and mix with the rest to the desired consistency.
Chop potatoes, onions, carrots and sausages. Add to the soup and cook for 15 minutes.
Lightly fry the bacon and put it in the soup too. Boil for another couple of minutes and remove from heat.
