If you like hearty vegetable soups or you follow a vegetarian diet – this is the recipe that will help you out repeatedly. Canned beans make the soup much more satisfying, and in addition, it cooks very quickly.
Ingredients
- Vegetable broth - 2.5 l
- Beans - 1 bank
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Leek - 1 piece
- String beans - 150 g
- Capers - 3 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly cut all the vegetables into pieces of approximately the same size.
Bring the vegetable broth to a boil and put the carrots, leeks and string beans there.
After 5 minutes, add the remaining ingredients, except canned beans and capers.
After another 5 minutes, add them, season the soup and boil a little more.
