Only pea soup with vegetables can be tastier than the classic pea soup-puree. In the recipe I will tell you what to add to it and what other interesting options are definitely worth trying. But if you wish, you can easily change the composition at your discretion – the principle is the same.
Ingredients
- Vegetable broth - 1.5 l
- Peas - 400 g
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Leek - 1 piece
- Celery root - 1 piece
- Dill - 5 twigs
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the peas in advance, rinse and boil in vegetable broth until soft.
Chop the potatoes, leeks and carrots, chop the celery root, and send it there as well. Cook until the vegetables are ready.
Add spices, chopped dill, garlic and chili. Beat the soup with a blender.
