Pea soup-puree with chicken turns out to be quite tender and light, compared with other options. But it's still hearty, fragrant and very warming. When serving, you can add a little whole peas or greens.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Peas - 500 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Celery - 1 piece
- Butter - 20 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the peas in advance for a few hours.
Boil the chicken fillet for about 30-40 minutes and add the peas to the broth.
Chop carrots, onions and celery, and fry in butter.
Half an hour after the peas, send the roast to the pan.
Boil everything together for another 15 minutes, chop the soup with a blender and add spices to taste.
