Gooseberry jelly is a harmonious-tasting delicacy that can be easily prepared for the winter. I love this recipe because the jam is cooked for only 5 minutes, and besides berries and sugar, nothing else is needed to make a thick jelly. Delicious and fast!

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Sort the gooseberries, remove the tails, rinse under running water, dry slightly.

Beat the prepared berries with a blender until smooth, then rub through a sieve to get rid of the seeds and peel.

Put the berry mass in a saucepan, add sugar, stir, bring to a boil and boil, removing the foam, for another 5 minutes on low heat.

Pour the finished jam hot into small sterile jars, let it cool down a little and only then seal it tightly. Cooling down, the billet in jars will thicken and acquire the consistency of jelly. Store gooseberry jelly in a cool, dark place.
