Ingredients
- Cherries - 1 kg
- Sugar - 600 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the cherries in any convenient way.
Cover it with sugar and leave it for a couple of hours or even overnight.
Bring the billet to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Let cool and cook for another 5 minutes. And again.
