  • Gooseberry - 500 g
  • Sugar - 200 g
  • Citric acid - 1 pinch
  • Water - 2.5 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pour boiling water and leave under the lids for 10 minutes.

Drain the water, add sugar and boil it again. Add citric acid.

Pour gooseberry syrup and roll up.
