Aspen caviar for the winter through a meat grinder

Ingredients
- Podosinoviki - 1 kg
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the tomatoes and put them through a meat grinder.
Boil the aspen mushrooms for half an hour in boiling water, put them in a colander and also pass through a meat grinder.
Finely chop the onion and carrot, fry until soft and add the tomatoes.
Simmer for 5 minutes and then add the mushrooms.
Simmer all together for another half hour.
After 20 minutes, add the chopped garlic, chili and all the spices.
Put the caviar in sterile jars and sterilize them for 20 minutes in a saucepan with water.
Roll up the lids.
