Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 700 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 50 ml
- Flour - 50 g
- Cornflakes - 150 g
- Vegetable oil - 300 ml
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken fillet into strips or large pieces.
Mix flour with spices to taste, and roll the chicken in it.
Beat eggs with milk and salt, dip each strip separately.
Roll the chicken pieces in cornflakes so that they cover them on all sides.
Deep–fry the strips until golden - so they are evenly fried.
