Green bean salad in Korean turns out to be very juicy and fragrant with spices and marinade. This preparation is ideal as an appetizer or salad for the main course. And it's also incredibly easy to prepare – and I'll tell you more about it later.
Ingredients
- String beans - 800 g
- Coriander - 1 bundle
- Garlic - 15 g
- Hot red pepper - 1 piece
- Ground coriander - 2 g
- Spices and seasonings (Korean) – 1 tbsp.l.
- Water - 200 ml
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Apple cider vinegar - 35 ml
- Sugar - 40 g
- Salt - 5 g
- Carnation - 3 bud
- Allspice - 4 goroshin
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the asparagus beans for 5-7 minutes in boiling water.
Chop the cilantro, garlic and pepper.
Mix everything together with spices to taste.
Boil water with sugar, salt, oil and vinegar.
Put the beans with spices in sterilized jars and pour the marinade.
Roll up the billet for the winter.
