Everyone who is engaged in harvesting has their favorite recipes for pickled cucumbers. And most often there are several such recipes – for the mood. But I have rarely seen such an option with chili sauce, so today I will tell you about it.

Ingredients

  • Cucumbers - 1 kg
  • Sugar - 2 art.l.
  • Vinegar - 2 tbsp.l .
  • Black pepper - 6 peas
  • Dill - 2 umbrella
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Chili sauce - 100 g
  • Salt - 2 tbsp.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Soak cucumbers in cold water for a couple of hours.

Put them in sterilized jars with all spices and additives.

Pour boiling water and leave for 15 minutes. Drain the water.

Repeat this step again.

Boil the same amount of pure water with salt, sugar and chili sauce.

Add vinegar and pour over cucumbers.

Roll up the jars for the winter.
