I love eggplants, and when I found this recipe for eggplant with herbs and garlic, I decided to try it right away. Ingredients
- Eggplant - 1.2 kg
- Vegetable oil - 70 ml
- Vinegar - 60 ml
- Salt - 1.5 tbsp.l .
- Greens - 1 bundle
- Garlic - 1 head
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the eggplants, cut them arbitrarily, boil for 5 minutes in boiling water and throw them into a colander.
Chop the herbs and garlic. Mix with bakalazhany, salt, sugar and vinegar.
Place the workpiece tightly in sterile jars and pour boiling oil.
Sterilize the eggplants for another 10-15 minutes in boiling water and roll up.
