I love eggplants, and when I found this recipe for eggplant with herbs and garlic, I decided to try it right away. And I was pleasantly surprised how easy and fast it was, and the result was simply amazing! It turned out to be a delicious and fragrant snack salad that can be served at any time of the year.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant - 1.2 kg
  • Vegetable oil - 70 ml
  • Vinegar - 60 ml
  • Salt - 1.5 tbsp.l .
  • Greens - 1 bundle
  • Garlic - 1 head
  • Sugar - 2 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the eggplants, cut them arbitrarily, boil for 5 minutes in boiling water and throw them into a colander.

Chop the herbs and garlic. Mix with bakalazhany, salt, sugar and vinegar.

Place the workpiece tightly in sterile jars and pour boiling oil.

Sterilize the eggplants for another 10-15 minutes in boiling water and roll up.
