Ingredients
- Chicken legs - 800 g
- Orange - 2-3 pieces
- Orange juice - 100 ml
- Soy sauce - 60 ml
- Dijon mustard - 1 art.l.
- Honey - 1 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Ginger (grated) – 2 see
- Dried chili pepper - 1 pinch
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Rosemary - 1 twig
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade except chicken and oranges.
Marinate the legs for at least half an hour.
Put them in a mold, put them in orange slices and pour over the marinade remnants.
Lay out a sprig of rosemary and put everything in the oven at 190 degrees for half an hour.
