Cut the mushrooms and fry until the liquid evaporates.
Cut the turkey into layers, beat off each one and rub with spices.
Put the stuffing on the turkey pieces, wrap the tight rolls and put them in a mold.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
