This is a completely vegetarian, but very satisfying pasta casserole. The contrast of the textures of broccoli and crunchy crackers makes it especially interesting. If desired, rub it with regular or soy cheese.

- Pasta - 350 g
- Broccoli - 300 g
- Crackers - 60 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the pasta. Divide the broccoli into inflorescences and also boil for 2-3 minutes.
Put everything in a baking dish, sprinkle with oil and sprinkle with spices.
Crumble the crackers a little and sprinkle the casserole on top.
Cook it in the oven for 25 minutes at 190 degrees.
