- Broccoli - 150 g
- Cheese - 80 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece

- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the broccoli inflorescences for 3 minutes in boiling water. Chop in a blender with onions and herbs.
Grate zucchini, carrots and cheese on a coarse grater.
Drain the excess juice from the zucchini and mix all the ingredients.
Add herbs, spices, flour and egg to the same place. Stir again.
Fill the molds with vegetable mass and bake the pancakes in the oven at 190 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
