I try not to buy sausage in stores, but instead bake pork with mustard in the oven. Meat can be served hot and cold, cut into a sandwich and take with you for a snack. If you don't like spicy, use sweet mustard. It also turns out very tasty!
Ingredients
- Pork (neck) – 1 kg
- Mustard (acute) – 2 tbsp.l
- Pepper mixture with peas - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil (refined) – 2 tbsp.l .
- Rosemary - 2 twigs
- Salt (large) – 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Clean the pork from excess films, rinse and dry with a paper towel.
Separately mix vegetable oil, mustard, salt and peppers.
Grease the meat with marinade, cover with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Take out the pork and warm it well at room temperature.
Wrap the meat in foil and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour.
Unwrap the foil and continue cooking for another 20 minutes to form a ruddy crust.
After turning off, leave the baked pork in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
Serve, sliced into small slices and sprinkled with rosemary.
