Bake the ribs with potatoes and tomatoes, and you won't have to cook the main dish and side dish separately. Just put everything in a sleeve and send it to the oven! And a sprig of fragrant rosemary at the end will set the final chord in the work.
Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 1 kg
- Potatoes - 400 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 1 twig
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l.
- Hop-suneli - 1 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- Rosemary (for submission) – 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash pork ribs, dry them with paper towels and clean them from films.
Put them in a bowl, add soy sauce, suneli hops, honey and half the salt. Mix well and set aside for half an hour.
Wash the potatoes and cut them into small slices together with the peel.
Put the potatoes and tomatoes in a separate bowl. Add olive oil, ground pepper, remaining salt and mix.
Put the marinated ribs, potatoes and tomatoes in a baking sleeve and tie the edges tightly.
Bake for 45 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Gently open the sleeve, turn on the convection mode and continue cooking for another 20 minutes.
Put the ribs, potatoes and tomatoes on a serving board, add the rosemary rubbed with your fingers.
