Omelet baked with bacon and vegetables in serving molds
30 min.
4 servings
I like to please my family with delicious breakfasts. At the same time, I try to pay attention not only to taste, but also to the original presentation. It's not difficult, but it's very nice! Recently, for example, I cooked such an unusual omelet in molds.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 8 pieces
- Milk - half a glass
- Cheese - 100 g
- Bacon - 100 g
- Broccoli - 100 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 10 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Divide the broccoli into small inflorescences and boil in salted water for 4 minutes.
Flip into a colander and cool.
Cut the bacon and tomatoes into small pieces. If desired, the cooled broccoli can be cut even smaller.
Grate the hard cheese on a grater.
Beat eggs lightly with milk, salt and ground pepper.
Add bacon, vegetables, cheese and mix.
Grease the molds with oil, lay out the prepared mixture, leaving one third free.
Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
