Don't have the strength to cook something complicated for dinner? Cook the lazy potato dumplings quickly. And to make the dish even more satisfying, add delicious pork rinds to it. It will take you no more than half an hour to do everything together!

Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water until tender.

Mash the potatoes with a potato masher until pureed.

Add egg, flour, salt and mix well. You should get a medium-density dough.

Form small sausages from potato dough and cut into pieces of the same size.

Boil the water, pour in the lazy dumplings and boil for 4 minutes after boiling.

Cut salted lard and peeled onions into small cubes.

Preheat the frying pan, pour in the fat and wait until the fat is melted.

Add the onion and fry until golden brown. Turn off the heat, add finely chopped dill.

Mix the lazy dumplings with the roast and put them on a plate.
