Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the bacon into strips and lightly brown in a frying pan.

Finely chop the onion and celery, grate the carrots and fry a little separately.

Cut the potatoes into small pieces and put them in pots.

Add bacon, spices and chopped herbs, and mix.

Put the vegetable roast on top, fill with water and bake for an hour at 180 degrees.
