In the piggy bank of non-banal preparations, which many do not even suspect, you can confidently send jam from the Far Eastern lemongrass. In fact, it is prepared according to the same principle as any other jam – no extra hassle.

Ingredients

  • Lemongrass (Far Eastern) – 900 g
  • Sugar - 1.2 kg
  • Water - 100 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cover the berries with sugar and leave overnight.

Add water if necessary, bring the billet to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.

Let the jam cool and cook for another 5 minutes. And so 1-2 more times.

Roll the jam into sterile jars.
