This is a delicious, healthy and original dish that can be stored all winter.

Ingredients

  • Beetroot - 1.5 kg
  • Vinegar - 50 ml
  • Onion - 4 pieces
  • Bay leaf - 4 pieces
  • Black Pepper - 1 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil - 200 ml
  • Garlic - 6-7 heads
  • Sugar - 4 art.l.
  • Salt - 1.5 tbsp.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the beets, onions and garlic, and put everything through a meat grinder.

Add butter, sugar, salt, pepper, bay leaf and vinegar.

Simmer the caviar for an hour on low heat after boiling.

Roll it up in sterile jars.
