Ingredients

  • Melon - 1.5 kg
  • Sugar - 100 g
  • Water - 350 ml
  • Citric acid - 3 pinches

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop the melon in a blender together with water.

Add sugar, bring the mass to a boil and add citric acid.

Boil the juice for 10-15 minutes, removing the foam, and roll it into sterile jars.
