Ingredients
- Dogwood - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Add sugar and water to the dogwood, bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring.
Completely cool the workpiece, boil again and boil for another 5 minutes.
Repeat the previous step.
After the last cooking, roll the jam into sterile jars.
