- Honeysuckle - 800 g
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Go through the honeysuckle and fill it with water.
Bring to a boil and boil for 7-10 minutes.
Grind through a sieve and add sugar.
Bring to a boil again and boil the jelly until thick for 15-20 minutes.
Roll it up for the winter in sterilized jars.
