There should be a jar of fragrant nectarine jam in each pantry. It is not difficult to cook it, the main thing is to adhere to these recommendations and stir regularly. And to serve it with pancakes or to eat just like that, it's up to you exclusively.

Ingredients

  • Nectarine - 3 kg
  • Sugar - 1,5 kg
  • Citric acid - 0,5 tsp.
  • Water (filtered) – 500 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut nectarines, peel and peel, chop.

Cover with sugar, cover with a lid and put aside for 3 hours.

Add water and simmer for 10 minutes.

Puree the mass with an immersion blender until smooth.

Add citric acid and boil for another 5 minutes.

Put the hot jam in the prepared container, roll it up and turn it upside down.
