Ingredients
- Cherry Plum - 2 kg
- Sugar - 1.5 kg
- Water - 0.5 glasses
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the cherry plum, fill it with water and boil for 15 minutes until soft. Grind through a sieve.
Add sugar to the puree and bring it to a boil again.
Cook the jam on low heat for about 40 minutes until thick.
Pour lemon juice and roll the jam into sterile jars.
