Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 1 kg
- Cherry plum - 2 handfuls
- Dill - 2 umbrella
- Cherry leaves - 2 pieces
- Currant leaves - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Water - 800 ml
- Pepper pea mixture - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put all the leaves, garlic and spices in sterile jars. Then lay out the cherry plum and cucumbers.
Pour boiling water over everything, cover and leave for 10 minutes.
Drain this water, boil it again, pour in the cucumbers and leave for another 10 minutes.
Drain it again, boil it with salt and sugar, and pour the cucumbers again. Roll it up for the winter.
