Peel the horseradish root and cut into medium pieces.

Disassemble the garlic into cloves and peel off the husk.

Chop tomatoes, horseradish root, garlic and hot pepper in a blender.

Pour the resulting mass into a saucepan, mix with sugar, salt and spices. Boil for 10 minutes.

Pour in the vinegar, stir and immediately remove from the heat.

Fill the sterilized jars with hot adjika and roll them up.
