Try to make ketchup from plums and tomatoes. It can be served with meat, potato and fish dishes. You can open the jar with the sauce no earlier than after 1 month. During this time, all the ingredients will combine and the taste will be perfect!

- Tomatoes - 2 kg
- Plums - 1,5 kg
- Garlic - 50 g
- Onion - 200 g
- Vinegar - 100 ml
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Hop-suneli - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 200 g
- Salt - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and slice the tomatoes.
Cut the plums in half and remove the seeds.
Peel the onion and garlic from the husk, chop.
Pass all the blanks through a meat grinder and mix.
Add sugar and simmer for 40 minutes over low heat.
Add spices, salt and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar, mix and arrange in the prepared jars. Roll it up, turn it upside down and wrap it up with a warm blanket.
