Plum lecho for winter is an unusual, but very tasty version of traditional lecho. I use only ripe, sweet plums for this recipe and supplement them with tomatoes, pepper and spices. It turns out a sweet and fragrant snack, which can be a side dish, sauce or just an addition to other dishes.
