Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 1,5 kg
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 4 of the clove
- Vinegar - 4 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Paprika - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 50 g
- Salt - 25 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the pears and place them in a saucepan with cold water.
Add salt, spices and boil for 20 minutes.
Put the mushrooms in a colander and rinse with running water.
Peel onion, garlic and finely chop.
Chop tomatoes in a blender or pass through a meat grinder.
Fry the onion in oil until transparent.
Add tomato juice, spices, sugar and salt. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add chopped mushrooms, garlic and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar, stir and immediately remove from the heat.
Arrange in jars, roll up the bunches and wrap up with a thick blanket.
