Ingredients
- Pork (peritoneum) – 1 kg
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Greenery - 10 g
- Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp.l .
- Bay leaf (ground) – 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt (without slide) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the peritoneum. Make several incisions so that it turns into a rectangular layer.
Finely chop the herbs and peeled garlic.
Rub the peritoneum with garlic, spices and salt. Cover with cling film and set aside for half an hour.
Brush the inside with mustard and sprinkle with herbs.
Roll up the roll, securely fix it with a culinary thread and wrap it in several layers of foil.
Bake for 40 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
Carefully remove the foil and bake the roll for another 20 minutes.
