Have you tried making hummus from different types of legumes? For example, from red beans? It turns out very tasty and unusual. A great addition to pita bread, pita and vegetable snacks. I share an excellent proven recipe.

Ingredients

  • Red Beans - 250 g
  • Tahini - 50 g
  • Parsley - 15 g
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp.
  • Olive oil - 50 ml
  • Lemon juice - 2 art.l.
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Soak the beans overnight in advance and boil until soft. Save the broth.

Put all the ingredients in a blender and whisk the hummus until smooth.

Add a couple of spoonfuls of broth to the desired consistency and whisk again.
