Eggplants can be marinated raw, but they are quite unusual raw and not everyone will like it. And you can cook them in Korean, but already fried in advance. And so they turn out softer, more fragrant, more tender and tastier in general.

- Eggplant - 2-3 pieces
- Cilantro - 1 bundle
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l .
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the eggplants into small cubes and fry until brownish on high heat, stirring constantly.
Add chopped garlic and cilantro. Add salt.
Season everything with oil, vinegar and spices, and let the snack brew overnight in the refrigerator.
