- Bread - 4 slices
- Avocado - 2 pcs.
- Dried tomatoes - 60 g
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l .

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dry the bread slices in a dry pan until golden brown.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, and use a spoon to extract the pulp. Then mash the pulp with a fork, add lemon juice and salt to taste.
Spread the resulting mass on slices of bread. Put the dried tomatoes on top.
