Ingredients
- Turkey (fillet) – 300 g
- Bread - 6 slices
- Bell pepper - half
- Bow purple - 2 pieces
- Salad mix - 50 g
- Wine vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sauce (tartarus) – 3 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the turkey, dry it and cut it into small cubes.
Add salt, ground pepper and mix.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, pour in the turkey and fry until tender.
Cut the bell pepper into thin half rings.
Peel the onion, cut into rings and rinse under running water.
Mix the onion with wine vinegar, sugar and olive oil. Cover with a lid and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Brown the bread in a frying pan on both sides.
Brush the bread with the sauce and lay out the salad mix.
Add turkey slices, bell pepper and pickled onion. Cover the top with a piece of bread. Repeat the same steps with the remaining ingredients.
