Classic cottage cheese casserole with pumpkin is a recipe that will not interfere with any hostess. I suggest adding a little variety at the expense of spices. And the rest of the pumpkin will do everything by itself. This time we will add mashed potatoes to the cottage cheese, not pieces.

- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Pumpkin - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Starch - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 3 art.l.
- Milk - 50 ml
- Spices and seasonings (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pumpkin into pieces, boil or bake until tender and mash into puree.
Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve. Beat eggs with milk and sugar.
Mix all the ingredients and add the starch. Add spices to taste.
Put the mass into a mold and bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 170 degrees.
