There is not always time and desire to stand at the stove for a long time. After a hard day's work, I want to cook dinner as soon as possible. This recipe is perfect for such a case. You can serve chops with potatoes, pasta, porridge and salads.
Ingredients
- Pork - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Feta - 100 g
- Tomatoes (medium) – 2 pieces
- Olives (without a bone) – handful
- Breadcrumbs - 50 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut pork into plates about 1.5 centimeters thick.
Wrap in plastic wrap and beat well with a hammer on both sides.
Put the chops on a plate, season with salt and pepper.
Pour the breadcrumbs onto a wide plate.
Beat the eggs lightly with ground pepper and salt.
Cut tomatoes into thick circles.
Dip the chops in the batter, and then roll out in breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chops for 2 minutes on each side.
Place the chops on a baking sheet covered with foil.
Put the tomato slices on top and cover with a double layer of foil.
Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
Carefully remove the foil, sprinkle with crumbled feta, olives and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
