Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Cheese (solid) – 100 g
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l .
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Divide the cauliflower into inflorescences, cut off the rough parts.
Place the cabbage in the bowl of a slow cooker, pour water over it and cook for 10 minutes.
Put the cabbage in a colander and wait until the liquid is completely drained.
Grate the hard cheese on a grater.
Lightly beat the eggs with sour cream, salt and ground pepper.
Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with oil, lay out the cauliflower.
Add cheese, egg filling and mix gently. Close the lid and activate the Baking program for 30 minutes.
