- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the potatoes and dry them with paper towels.
Peel the potatoes, cut them into long slices and put them in a bowl.
Add soy sauce, salt, ground coriander and black pepper. Mix well and cover with cling film for 10 minutes.
Grease a baking sheet with olive oil, lay out the potatoes and bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
