In almost any fish store you will surely find steaks and catfish carcasses. If you have not tried to buy and cook this fish yet, catch a proven recipe. You will need tomatoes, onions and spices. And if you wish, you can cover everything with grated cheese 10 minutes before the end and leave it in the oven until golden brown.
Ingredients
- Catfish - 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Paprika - 0.5 tsp.
- Turmeric - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground red pepper - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Clean the fish, make incisions on the sides and rub it with salt and spices.
Finely chop the onion and cherry, and partially put it in the belly, and partially on top.
Wrap the catfish in foil and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
