According to one version, Buffalo wings were first cooked in 1964. Over time, the dish has gained incredible popularity. It was served not only as a snack, but also as a main course. I'm telling you a simple recipe.
Ingredients
- Chicken Wings - 1 kg
- Baking powder dough - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Chili sauce - 2 art.l.
- Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Butter - 50 g
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Brown Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings, dry them thoroughly and cut them into joints.
Place the wings in a tight bag, add baking powder, salt and ground pepper. Tie the bag and shake it well.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, lay out the wings and bake for 35 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
Melt butter in a small saucepan, add brown sugar, salt and mix. The crystals should completely dissolve.
Remove from heat, add lemon juice, both sauces, ground pepper and garlic passed through a press.
Put the finished wings on a plate and pour the sauce generously.
