Ingredients
- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Leek - 1-2 of the stem
- Minced meat - 450 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Parmesan (grated) – 50 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Butter - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the leeks into rings and fry until golden.
Separately fry the minced meat and season to taste.
Boil the potatoes and mash them in mashed potatoes with butter. Add the egg.
Put half of the potatoes, minced meat, leeks and potatoes again into the mold. Sprinkle with parmesan.
Cook the casserole in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
